Turn your passion into a profession with PADI Divemaster and Instructor certifications — all while diving daily in paradise. Whether you’re starting your dive career or leveling up, our expert-led training programs will get you there.
Divemaster - Zero to Hero Program
Go from beginner (or Open Water diver) to certified PADI Divemaster in just 6–7 weeks with our immersive Zero to Hero training program.
Over the course of 6–7 weeks, you’ll be paired with a dedicated Divemaster Mentor who will guide and support you every step of the way through your Divemaster training. Your mentor will also serve as your Divemaster Instructor, ensuring personalized coaching, consistent feedback, and professional-level preparation.
As you progress through each certification level, you’ll train with a variety of instructors — giving you exposure to different teaching styles, techniques, and real-world approaches to dive education. This well-rounded experience helps you develop adaptability, confidence, and leadership skills that are essential as a dive professional.
By the end of the program, you’ll have refined your dive skills to professional standards, assisted instructors with student divers, gained hands-on experience in real dive operations, and learned how to confidently lead and supervise dive activities.
Ready to take the leap from recreational diver to dive professional?
Instructor Development Course (IDC)
Take the next step in your professional diving career with our Instructor Development Course.
We offer two flexible IDC schedules to fit your lifestyle and goals. Our four-week IDC is designed for working professionals and full-time students, with class sessions held on evenings and weekends. For those looking to complete their IDC in a more immersive format — especially in a warm-water destination — we also offer an accelerated 12–15 day IDC program.
Both options include all Assistant Instructor (AI), Open Water Scuba Instructor (OWSI), and Emergency First Response Instructor (EFRI) training requirements. You’ll train closely with our Course Director alongside a strong, experienced team of Instructor Development staff who bring diverse teaching styles and real-world insight to every session. This collaborative approach ensures you’re not just memorizing standards — you’re learning how to teach effectively, manage students calmly, and lead with professionalism in any situation.
Our philosophy centers on developing calm, confident instructors who are prepared for real-world teaching. As one of our Course Directors likes to joke, “IE doesn’t just stand for Instructor Examination… it also means It’s Easy!” — because when you’re truly prepared, success follows naturally.

IDC: Staff Instructor Course
Elevate your professional diving career with the IDC: Staff Instructor Course. The program begins with focused IDC Staff preparation, where you’ll develop the skills, teaching techniques, and classroom strategies needed to excel as a Staff Instructor. The remaining sessions are spent participating as an IDC Staff Candidate in a full-fledged IDC program, gaining hands-on experience assisting in classroom presentations, confined and open water training, and real-world IDC operations.
We offer this course alongside our two IDC schedule options:
Four-week IDC – designed for working professionals and students, with class sessions held on evenings and weekends.
12–15 day accelerated IDC – an intensive, warm-water option for those looking to complete their IDC quickly and fully immerse themselves in training.
Working closely with our Course Director and experienced instructor development team, you’ll be exposed to diverse teaching styles and advanced instructional techniques, helping you grow into a confident, professional educator.
For those looking to advance further, we also offer staff opportunities where you can earn credits toward your Master Instructor (MI) requirements, making this program an ideal stepping stone for long-term professional growth.
